During a training session for French teachers at the Catholic University od Louvain-la Neuve, in Belgium, Renia Kowalska, our Polish partner presented the outcomes of our work uncer the LANSEN – Learning Languages with Sense(s).
Our activities on integrating the 5 senses into foreign languages learning received a very enthusiastic response.
Fostering Innovation in Education: LANSEN Project & eTwinning Highlights!
On July 23th ALO RYBNIK (Poland) pedagogical council – bringing together nearly 20 of our dedicated teachers – gathered to celebrate and discuss the remarkable outcomes of the LANSEN project and our collaborative eTwinning initiatives!
During the session, we proudly presented the materials developed to elevate active learning and language instruction
During the international course Digital Tools, Gamification and Artificial Intelligence, Professor Ruiz Baltazar presented the main points of these project.
The participants had the opportunity to learn more about the objectives of the project, tis main activities, and some of the results that are being developed. It was also a great moment to share ideas and show how this European project can contribute to innovation, education, and international cooperation.
At the end of the presentation, all participants received the website and useful links where they can find more detailed information about the project and follow its future developments.

IES José Luis Martínez Palomo organized a dissemination session about our LANSEN project with students from the schools who will be studying with us next year.
We used a methodology known as Learning Stations, which offers great benefits for students. It’s very simple: we divided the students into groups of 4 or 5, and then explained that each station included instructions for an activity. The students themselves read the tasks and began working on them independently. After some minutes, they heard an alarm and changed the station.
There were a total of three learning stations: one focused on speaking about food (taste), another on vocabulary through sounds (hearing), and finally a cultural station explored through visual elements (sight).
Both students and teachers enjoyed the experience of sharing our LANSEN project. Last May, Ana Varela had the opportunity to take part in the KA220 project monitoring meeting – an enriching space to share progress, challenges, and good practices by the Spanish National Agency, SEPIE.
These sessions not only helped assess how projects are advancing, but also strengthen collaboration among partners, spark new ideas, and ensure we continue moving toward meaningful and sustainable impact.

On December 5th, all the private and Catholic schools gathered in Saint Denis, and we had the opportunity to present our Erasmus programs and our various missions to more than 1200 people.
We had a dedicated space where we could meet them and talk about the content of our different projects. Several games were also organized to test their knowledge about Europe. Forums for discussion were set up, along with exchanges about our respective experiences in managing and organizing mobilities (previous, current, and upcoming ones, such as LANSEN).Tips and information were shared in a professional, yet pleasant and friendly, manner. It was a convivial moment during which we had the occasion to present our good practices in terms of international exchanges and disseminate both about our projects and information about how we work together with our European partners.

Sharing Innovation in the Azores!

On the 13th July, the LANSEN – Learning Languages with Sense(s9 project was presented during a teacher-training meeting in Amsterdam. The dissemination session brought together 15 teachers from different European countries, including Italy, France, Spain, Austria and Hungary.
The presentation introduced the main objectives and activities of the project. Examples of pedagogical activities, international cooperation, student productions and the use of eTwinning were shared with the participants.
The session was also an opportunity to explain how teachers can use, adapt and integrate the LANSEN activities into their own teaching practices. Participants were encouraged to explore multisensory language learning, collaborate with European colleagues and use the project resources to create more inclusive, engaging and creative learning experiences.

Last June, Ana Varela had the great opportunity to meet Natalia Moares Mena, Professor of Sociology at the University of Murcia.
During the meeting, they exchanged experiences, ideas, and best practices regarding the KA220 projects, LANSEN and LIT FUTURE currently being developed by their respective institutions. These exchanges strengthen collaboration between organizations, enrich the educational community, and pave the way for new partnerships and future international projects.

Within the framework of the webinar “International Projects, Collaboration, and Professional Development”—held for students of the Master’s degrees in Teaching at the University of Lisbon, including future teachers from the Master in Informatics Teaching—the tremendous impact of Erasmus+ projects in transforming modern classrooms was put in the spotlight.
Rui Baltazar took the stage as one of the main speakers to deliver an insightful presentation on the Erasmus+ project, showcasing how participating in European initiatives can revolutionize pedagogical practices and strengthen teachers’ professional identity.
These two presentations successfully took place on May 15th and May 26th, 2026. The conferences served as a prime space for sharing and critical reflection, demonstrating concrete examples of meaningfully integrating digital technologies into teaching, promoting cross-border mobility, and building essential global skills for today’s schools.
